Absolute beast
I’ve just upgraded from a DTM51 that gave loyal service for ten years, and lives on with a new owner. This one is far superior. Vibration is hugely decreased and it just seems better at everything. The blade swap out process is similar to the older one so don’t expect anything special from the star lock system per se. A non-problem has been solved there. If you want faster, smaller, and less vibration, this beauty is for you. But for those reasons only.

Perfect tool for every job
Didn’t realise how much I needed one of these until I got one. Always thought I’d never use it enough but since buying it I’ve used it for everything. It is so easy to change the blades/tool and you can position it at different angles to get access to everything. It has made so many jobs so much quicker and easier. I don’t know how I have managed so long without one.

Very comfortable multitool.
4 stars from me due to the high price and the inability to use OIS bits, when I'd purchased this originally there was a third party company that made an adapter so that OIS bit's could also be used, however it appears that you can no longer get them.Of course when using starlock bit's as this tool is intended it performs really well, the antivibration mechanisms make it really comfortable to use for an extended period of time, and the starlock bit's are generally of better quality so last a fair bit longer.
