I bought this for my brother who has heart disease and was suffering with being too hot. The metal blades are far superior to the plastic ones and therefore creates a stronger breeze, keeping the whole room cool. It is easily picked up and transported to another room. It is value for money and looks good. It is noisy on speed three but it's not an uncomfortable noise and my brother says he can sleep with it on the lowest setting

I recently purchased a tower fan from Argos that was about double the price of this one but not half as effective. After seeing that this fan was a bestseller and had relatively good reviews I decided to give it a go. I am not disappointed at all. the fan has three speeds and is very powerful as it cools my open-plan livingroom area. The only drawback may be its large size and the fact that it is noisy but after recently buying a tower fan that was quiet but ineffective, I'll take this one any day.

This fan is absolutely amazing. I thought the reviews were a little too good to be true. But it is extremely powerful. Cooled the room down so quickly. Even though it's sturdy. It is light enough to carry from room to room. You can also tilt it. So even though it's a floor fan. You can direct it to where you need it the most. Very impressed indeed.

Looks good, but is very very noisy and rattles so you can hear it from the floor below.

This powerful fan certainly works well and cools a room down very quickly. It is easily able to be moved to different rooms. Does not have a remote control but works well without one. Bit noisy so I don't have it on while sleeping
