Great substitute
I love this gluten free flour! It has a nice thick texture and is not gritty. I find that my baked goods rise well and have good flavor. I have had no complaints from either gluten free or gluten eaters. Of course like with all gluten free baking I let my batter or dough sit for at least 10 minutes.

This flour makes good cooked pudding and works pretty well as a thickener. Taste is very mild. Will buy again!

Excellent product
