We purchased these chairs and had a bent foot on one of the chairs. Contacted Phi Villa through Amazon. Phi Villa worked through the issue, while keeping us informed of progress. They could not replace the part, but quickly had another chair delivered. Now have our two very comfortable outdoor recliners. Am very pleased with the companies response and recommend the chairs.

These chairs are very good quality, assembly was not complicated and they are really comfortable.

At first I was happy as one of my chairs got lost and they sent out a replacement. Until now. I have requested 2 replacement cushions as they have discolored and gone flat and are uncomfortable. You can feel the bars of the chairs through the cushions as they have flattened. I am being accused of receiving 3 chairs but only received 2 chairs and they want me to pay $120 each for the replacement cushions. I received a card with each chair saying I am entitled to 1 free replacement cushion within a year on each chair. But they are insistent I pay for the replacement cushions.UpdateCustomer service reached out to me and Apologized for the inconvenience they had created. They have replaced the cushions free of charge.. Thank you!

Seriously, everyone fights over these chairs. They are so comfortable. Easy to assemble. These 2 have been on our deck in direct sunlight all summer. . They have not been covered and have not faded at all. The cushions are all one piece, and secure to the chair along the seat and foot rest with Velcro ties. I do wish the back part of the cushion had additional ties to secure it to the frame as they flop around a bit when no one is sitting in them. The recliner mechanism works well. And the chairs are just heavy enough that they stayed put during a pretty severe storm last month. I will be adding to our collection.

My wife has a bad back and can’t sit for long in an upright chair like the wicker ones we have and the lanai. This chair assembled easily and my wife loves it. Great buy.

Love the color. Large seat. Easy assembly. Downside...hard seats. Not enough cushion foam. Brick like after a while. Didn't expect this. Seat is too deep so had to buy pillows to shorten the length (bought on Amazon too). Back reclines only as legs go up. Can't do them separately. In spite of all this I like the looks and sturdiness and I think returning them would be a nightmare.

This chair is great for tall persons. I bought it for my husband (6'4") for his birthday. It came in a huge box (fast delivery by the way) and I was tentative about putting it together for him. I'm a 68 year old woman with creaky joints and sore muscles. The diagram was clear cut, the pieces were labeled and I put it together in one-hour with the included Allen wrench and screws. My husband loved it. It fits his long legs, it's sturdy - holds up to 300 lbs. and it smoothly and easily reclines by pressing back on the back seat. It has a very comfortable cushion that attaches nicely. The only drawback was he said that he wished it came with a small head pillow attachment. It's well worth the money spent. He's out on the patio napping in his outdoor recliner that he loves. I put it together and we moved it to the patio with ease. It's a good purchase.
