VGAzerFloating and Spinning in Air Levitating Moon Lamp (Round Base)

I was mesmerized by the video of this on the ad, but blown away by it in person! I purchased for my 11 year old stepson who I find it difficult to gift for, example last year I purchased a metalDetector, although cool it was a flop, but this light is enchanting, defies gravity and is gorgeous while lit and spinning! A total home run! Score one for the bonus mom ✅🙌

Best gift I've ever given!! It was beautiful and almost unbelievable to see it floating in the air. It was a little hard to get the globe floating, but once you get the trick it's fine. My one qualm is that you can't make it one color. It automatically changes and you can't make that stop. However, every color is beautiful so I don't really mind at all. :)

It changes colors randomly and doesn't seem to ever stop spinning. I don't love all the colors (yellow) and wish there was a way to configure them, like all-purple or alternating a set of colors, maybe by using NFC. Still, it's really pretty and very cool.Its not that hard to place the globe in the field properly. It took me a while until I realized you need to push the globe through the initial resistance. There's a sweet spot in the center and you can find it by feel - as you move the globe around, the force on it varies. Try closing your eyes.

I bought 2. One as a gift and one for myself. Extremely difficult to get it to levitate. Read the instructions and watched a video but still can't get it working. Also the base get very hot. That concerns me the most. I'm afraid it will catch fire if that's possible. The gifted one is the same way. So dissapointing. I wish I could return them but way over my return days. In my opinion it's not worth it.
