Helped my postpartum recovery!
I loved these way more than the Frida ice packs. The Frida ice packs were too bulky and not cold enough. These ice packs were COLD! Of course they don’t last long because of your own body temp but they do a great job of initially numbing/cooling the area! And having two is great to rotate!

MUST HAVE FOR POSTPARTUM
The media could not be loaded. I am three months postpartum and could not live without these cooling pads. I tried many other pads, including instant cooling maxi pads, but these were the best by far! I ended up ordering a second pack a week after I gave birth. They are high quality, comfortable (just the right amount of cooling), and a great value compared to other ones I’ve tried. They last about 30 minutes from being frozen so I felt comfortable using them at night and falling asleep with it on, knowing that it wouldn’t stay cold for an unsafe amount of time. They are easy to clean and reuse, too. They also work great for heat, which I used while I was in labor. If you’re thinking about getting these, just do it! They saved my life big time 🥺

These are a life saver!
These things are truly miraculous! My only regret is not having them when I had my other kids. The best made recovery so much more bearable! I’ve been suggesting these to every pregnant person I know!

Lasting relief
Stays very cold for a good 10+ minutes; great relief postpartum. Easy to clean!

Money saver
These!! Way better than using the throw away ice packs. They’re much cooler after leaving in the freezer (since it came with two I just switched them out each time), and perfect for postpartum healing. However I wish it came with more refill covers, I had to buy extra of those.Never used as a hot pack so I can’t talk on that. The only thing I don’t particularly like is the material turned faintly yellow which is gross looking.

Wish I got these sooner
I love these. They're thin and comfortable. I wish I would have started with them rather than the snap and shake ice pack pads when I was postpartum. The covers included make things so easy. The stayed cool for a decent amount of time and since there were 2 I'd always rotate them to have one ready in the freezer when I needed it!

Necessity
Vaginal birth MUST HAVE! I’ve had two! This is the most economical and easy way I have found. So easy to clean just put it under warm hot water and soap, dry, and stick in freezer. The instant packs can get really expensive because I use an ice pack with every trip to the bathroom for awhileIf you end up in a cesarean, some women like ice packs against their incision for burning pain.Afterwords you could microwave it and it would contour to your neck for muscle pain!Lansinoh is awesome for bottles too- the slope is more ideal for breastfeeding just fyi. great brand thank you!!!

Not cold enough
These are a great idea in hindsight. However, they do not stay cold for long. Not long enough for me to actually enjoy them. I had better luck with putting ice in diapers. I do like that they are adjustable and able to move around but not cold enough for me.
