Cheezy but in a good way
Even though it's kind of cheezy, I got it for my desk because I think it's cool. Works great and seems to run forever on a single AA battery. Just for fun!

Peak annoyance and kitsch, but my daughter likes it
My daughter once saw this kind of waving cat at an asian restaurant and did not stop asking us to buy one. Fortunately, I saw this here on Amazon - relatively affordable, and certainly shiny in color. Getting this to work is easy - insert the battery and off it goes. This thing also keeps on waving, day and night. I am sure it will keep on waving far longer than my daughter's interest in this fortune cat![Sidenote - I was not able to detect an increase of luck, money and/or happiness after getting this fortune cat, but my daughter's laughter when she sees it is all we need]
