These are lightweight, my daughter states they are very good and cut out a lot more sounds tban her older ones, that she's had for last 6 yrs. She's 17 now and these are adult size, but lightweight and comfortable so don't bother her as much great for fireworks, concert noise, cinematic noise.. I would really recommend these ear defenders.
