I love it!
I love this phone. Owning a private investigation and security agency privacy and data security are my top priorities. That being said, I bought this phone as my business device, the physical keyboard significantly reduces my spelling errors and my typing speed actually increased, versus my Galaxy S8+. The physical keyboard can have each individual key be programmed to open a app, so your menus are littered with apps you don't need. For example, if I want to open Amazon music I simply hold the A key until it vibrates if I want the Amazon shopping app I simple tap the A key and it opens. I am able to integrate a VPN service into the device and the devices individual part encryption is great! Naturally, I implemented an additional layer of encryption to the data and SD card.Of course people are shocked to find out the phone they complimented is a Black Berry, but when I let them be try it out the actually are very satisfied with it, It sold itself to one of my attorneys and a client or two. You pair your smart watch to this without any issues! My Gear for S3 Frontier(with its own standalone number and data) allows me to relieve notifications from its own network as well as my Blackberry and provides me the option to choose what number to reply or call off. It's awsome I am very interested in giving the Keyone 2 a test run in the next few months.

It is a Sprint phone, but you must be connected to WiFi in order to use it. NO DATA!
The Blackberry Keyone is no longer being sold by Sprint because it is not supported. It has many issues, across the country, by every customer. They are all being returned and replaced with a different device. This device is locked to the Sprint network, however you will not get any service. It will show full bars, but you will not be capable of using a single application unless you are connected to WiFi. My tablet does this for free. I want my money back! Sprint is of no help because I purchased this device through a "third party" on Amazon.

So glad to have blackberry again!!! *update please read*
Works great so far!! The charger that came with it was not working properly, but a new charger solved thatUpdate:So it has been a couple weeks and issues have been arising. My phone is main source of communication emails etc. I contacted the seller and their resolution was "did I make sure I had updated software" after that I got no responses other than I could buy another and then return this one. Thought it was funny that they thought I had the extra money lying around. Not very happy at all!!

This phone requires a pretty big learning curve
I like the keyboard, but this phone isn't as user-friendly as my old Blackberry, and may have outsmarted itself trying to keep up. Also it charges REALLY slowly, and the size of the charging port isn't the same as any other phone, making it extremely difficult to replace one if you lose it (I accidentally left mine in a hotel in NY and had a devil of a time replacing it after returning to MN). It's okay and I hope to like it better as time goes on.

Great Phone. Device support not so good through Sprint.
Great phone. Not sure why other reviewers would consider their own inability to learn to use a phone as a reason to leave a lower review. It is very usable for anyone who is familiar with Android. Also, the charge port is the same as many other phones, it is just a newer version of USB (type C) that is on most new phones. I find that my back button at the bottom left has some slight sensitivity issues (sometimes have to press harder than the home button, sometimes it double clicks) but only occasionally. I cannot use a screen protector on this phone as it interferes with the use of these buttons as well. All that being said and despite my love for the device itself, there is a huge issue between Sprint and/or Blackberry, where the phone cannot connect to 4G LTE. The phone worked fine when I first received and activated it, but when the device updated its software it would no longer connect to 4G. I had the same issue on another Keyone that myself and several Sprint technicians tried to resolve, but I ultimately returned the device. From what I understand Blackberry is working on a patch for next month's software update. Not sure if Sprint cares enough to even try to fix the issue because they don't sell many. Either way, I am happy with the phone provided by this seller and the support issues are not the fault of the seller.
