These are comfortable for heavy lifting, easy to use once you get used to it, performance is great and durability is strong, padding helps with those gripping bars. Love the color as I picked red!

I have been looking into lifting straps for a while. I'm not a huge gym junkie but I do work out and find that my wrists and hand grip don't allow me to lift as heavy as my legs should. So I wanted a cost effective solution and found these.They came very fast and are very strong. It didn't take me long to google the correct usage and they have helped my lifting a lot.Very simple but effective 0roduct.
