I probably would have got a smaller size for my young collie, as this one is big and thick, and quite heavy for him. However, he plays with it, and looks hilarious with his teeth and nose sticking out of the upper and lower holes. He also chews it mightily, and after 6 months, there are only slight teefie indents in it.

My girl destroy everything in 2 seconds. I was scary about loose money. It’s been 5 month we have this one and don’t even have a teeth mark on!She use every day.

When I read durable I usually laugh but not this time. It is as durable as they claim & perfect for big heavy chewing breeds. They do cost more - but not when you factor in all the ones you had to replace!

Our dog has had this toy for a little while and I was amazed he had not managed to destroy it. However a couple of weeks ago he bit into it and split it. The toy is not completely ruined and it continues to be his favorite toy- as he can play with it and his owner - by playing tug of war. Toy is split but not forgotten. I would probably purchase this toy again.

I bought this for a 8.2 kg Cavoodle dog, who has managed to destroy most of his toys . I’m sure he will never be able to destroy this, however given the weight of it or it’s smell he is not interested in playing with it either. I may try other toys in this brand , I’m sorry they didn’t make a version a little lighter for smaller dogs. Even peanut butter can’t entice him to chew on it. I know it’s branded for medium sized dogs , but he is not small and destroys most dog toys easily. Was worth a try, he may warm up to it .
