Q: Is it tinted like iodine?

I bought it for my sister. It's a black salve and she covers the area with gauze because it does stain the clothes (yellowish stain).

Q: Is this a draw salve?

My wife who is 82 says yes iodex is a draw salve. She has used it more things either of us can remember, including a bad dog bite. Should have gone to ER. iodex did the trick. She will you about anything, but not her iodex. You can use it just not keep it. Is a little pricey. I little jar should last many years with normal use.
