My husband and I enjoy hollandaise sauce when eating out and frequently treat ourselves if out for breakfast. We found with these hollandaise sauce packets it’s a convenient way to make hollandaise sauce at home and they’re quite tasty. I’ve purchased other brands of hollandaise sauce packets at the grocery store and these are just as good if not better sometimes will make fried eggs and potatoes and put the hollandaise sauce on both. I’ve also made the hollandaise sauce to go with asparagus. Overall, these hollandaise sauce packets are a good value, and I will continue to purchase them.

My wife refuses to make it on her own. So she buys the mix. Perfect for our uses, tastes good, looks as it should and has a good value. Her favorite way to use it is spooned over steamed asparagus.

Tastes as good as Knorr brand or Mc Cormick.

My favorite restaurant for Eggs Benedict is the Court of Two Sisters in the French Quarter of New Orleans. I have been using a bottled brand of hollandaise sauce for years, which I favored over the faulty tasting package varieties, but it is expensive and the manufacturer’s recipe has changed towards a product of lesser quality in the last year or so.This packaged brand is the first one I have tasted in the packaged configuration and it is excellent. I used an electric mixer with a bonnet to keep the mixture from splashing, but not for too long because it tends to start frothing. I added a half stick of melted butter to the mix and added an ounce of lemon juice. The end product tastes very much like the sauce produced by that restaurant and makes enough for 6 servings.

The flavor is balanced well 😋 Perfect hollandaise when you are short on time or cooking skills! Will definitely purchase again when we run low🍽

For the price this is definitely a deal. Easy to make and I’ve store I the rest in the fridge for a few days without it losing its taste. In liu of pharmie cocktails which side effects weaken and even sicken me, I severely limit salt, dairy, refined, white, flour, and oil as part of a heart healing lifestyle. And so I substitute in almond milk, Bragg for salt, Trader Joe’s vegan butter, and unprocessed corn flour as a thickening agent. I am very particular about my Eggs Benedicts wherever I travel in the world and this very affordable Hollandaise mix makes me quite happy happy. I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing taste.Amazon also offers a 2-package vegan branded hollandaise mixture. It’s really really good and maybe a tad better tasting in this. But at 4 dollars+ per package, you’re a lot better off with this.But it’s best to treat this mix as a base. For example, to bring it to my taste preferences, I add ground pepper, a couple of spurts of Tabasco sauce, and some fresh cut lemon juice. Once I added rosemary and it was great. In other words, let your inner Chef out and play with different condiments. If your sauce experiment doesn’t work, toss it, and start over. It’s cheap enough and easy enough.
