That description is used a lot with supplements. Its referring to a full scoop size without leveling it as a baker would while measuring. So to put it simple... a full load scoop with the cup provided( being whatever scoop size they include to achieve their portion of serving size,) yet not enough to fall over the edges creating a mess.
