Hard to find this type of B12 in stores
I take Metformin, which can cause problems with B12 levels so I take a supplement. This type of B12 is the best (methylcobalamin) and the quick dissolve under the tongue allows much better absorption than swallowing. ONE NOTE: the bottle had a sticker placed over the expiration date, but after carefully peeling it off I confirmed the expiration is 2028.

Tastes wonderful
I've been using these for months now and my husband too. They are cherry tasting dissolved under the tongue. They are tiny pills and very tasty to take each day with a quick dissolve. I get them on a subscription. I don't feel any reaction from them and take them early as they are said to give one energy.
