I bought this for my son after using something similar while out.Love the ease of use, and it’s very easy to fill. Additionally it has a nice weight to it.I really like it.My only negative would be it probably doesn’t hold a lot of syrup. You will need to refill it often depending on use of course. He eats French toast almost daily so it empties quick.

We have a sugar shack right up the road and buy a gallon of syrup once a year, and a gallon jug is difficult to work with. We fill this and leave it in the fridge. The cover isn't dishwasher safe but was easy to clean, just be sure to wipe the syrup off or it will make the sliding part stick shut.Holds more than enough for several pancake/waffle breakfasts without being heavy or difficult to use.

Great little syrup dispenser for homemade syrup, until it cracked when I poured hot syrup into it. My fault, but stronger glass would have been helpful. I've always poured hot syrup into jars before. I'm ordering one with thicker glass. Twice the price but hopefully lasts longer than 3 weeks.

Perfect size for keeping in the refrigerator with real maple syrup!

Purchased for maple syrup and recently bought another one for our homemade berry syrup. It's easy to use, even for the kids. It doesn't drip much and if there is an occasional drip, (remember, I said kids) it's easy to wipe clean. It's very thick, sturdy glass and goes from the dishwasher to the table as needed. This is like the traditional pancake house syrup bottle what many of us know and are accustomed to-almost nostalgic design. My only wish is that it came with different color options for the lid. Highly recommend.

Came very quickly and was just what my elderly mom needed for her coffee creamer so as not to lift such a heavy wide carton. The plastic lid/handle piece is easy for her to grip and the glass carafe part is easily washed in her dishwasher. Perfect!

This jar might be ok for syrup such as pancake but I purchased it for honey. Evidently honey is a lot thicker than syrup and it becomes a lot harder to pull back the opening to dispense the honey. There's really nothing wrong with the jar as long as you use it for what's it made for. I don't think that they should be advertising it for a honey dispenser.
