Teeny tiny but work perfect
I was searching for something that wouldn’t pull out in my sleep. I am a very aggressive sleeper and every other piercing I’ve tried rips out halfway through the night. I am so happy to have these.Getting it through the back of my nose was the hardest part. Trying to find the little hole in the inside of your nose is annoying. I suggest taking a different piercing and putting it through the outside, then seeing where it comes out to try and get the bar for this one through the back.I used the 6m bar and it fits perfectly. Not too tight not too lose. I used tweezers to get the gem into place to thread it because they are TINY. but overall I am really happy! Exactly what I wanted! Make sure you put your drain stopper in lol.

Not bad!
The reviews had me worried a little bit and I’ve only had these for a couple days but so far so good! Nothing has fallen out and everything has stayed in place so far.Yes the ball is very hard to get screwed on and was in the mirror for a good 20-30 minutes but it’s the perfect size for wanting a small beginner nose stud. Probably would have helped if I used tweezers of some kind to place the stud.Quality is meh however it hasn’t caused any irritation and is overall a good value for the money.

They don't stay in, gems fall out.
These do not stay in at ALL! Within the first 24 hours, both screws were loose AND I lost them. In 48 hours, after replacing the two missing ones, they fell out AGAIN. The whole point of having screw tops is that they don't come out easily. These come out just breathing, apparently. Not worth the price at all.I've screwed them down each time as much as possible without stripping the screws. These just do NOT stay in.Day three update: Another screw came out over night AND the gem fell out. At this point, I'd might as well just get a new pack from another seller.

No problems so far.
I got these because I started a new job and needed something smaller and more subtle than my usual hoop and regular silver ball labret. These are super tiny- I do agree with the other reviewers that they’re difficult to put on, but if you’re using them for your nose, I recommend holding the post with a pair of tweezers. It’s easier to find the piercing from the inside that way. I didn’t have issues screwing the gem onto my philtrum. I’ve had them in for about 2 weeks now and I haven’t experienced any irritation and the gems haven’t unscrewed themselves. Comfortable, small, and cute- I’d recommend these.April 2025 edit-I’ve had these in since September and they’re still great, still comfy, and the studs have fallen out maybe once or twice, usually when i’m washing my face which can cause the gems to unscrew. Would recommend.

Very tiny studs
I like that they sell different sizes together, as this is nearly impossible to find in lip jewelry. It is usually sold as all one length when you buy a set. My spider bite requires 2 different lengths due to the thickness of my lip at the 2 different spots, even though the piercings are right next to each other. The only thing I don't like is that the jewels are so incredibly tiny, it is very difficult to screw the stud onto the bar when putting the jewelry together on my lip. Also, it is so small, while wearing one (I gave up putting the one on, it was so difficult) the whole thing slid through my piercing hole and into my mouth, it fell out!

Not horrible, but wouldn't wear long term
I'm a professional licensed body piercer. So I'm going to give a full a detailed perspective from a pro.I bought these because I really needed something to put in my nose, and 18 gauge labret studs are honestly a pain to find in person. My regular bars and the kind I have at my shop kept falling out because I'm a violent sleeper lol. I also have 4 nostril piercings, two of them being high nostrils. So I ordered these until the ones I ordered from my supplier would come in a few weeks later.Dont expect to get some pro quality jewelry for the price. The threading on the "ball" is extremely tiny. You cant use hemostats to screw it on either, because the stone will just pop off. Although two out of my four gems fell off not three weeks later anyways.I didnt have any trouble with the threading being stripped however. The "balls" remained secured on the posts the whole time. In fact they were a pain in the butt to take out lol. However I had no negative reactions to the metal. And they were quite cute when I first had them all in. Though put them on over a towel to prevent loss.So these would be great if you're trying to find a size and length for you. Or if you're waiting for something else to come in. Or are curious as to if a labret stud will be comfortable. But if you need some good reliable jewelry, invest in some higher quality stuff.

BUY THEM
These are the first lip rings that haven’t fallen out since I got them done in 2008. Every other pair of “internally threaded” lip rings come undone just by eating or talking even when tightened with gloves on & a clamp. Very impressed by these & love that they aren’t massive gaudy ugly studs I see so many women wearing these days. My personal preference, especially in my field of employment (health field) I need a tiny cute addition to my face. Not a giant fake diamond that looks like two big boogers on my lips lol. So I say they’re absolutely perfect & come in 3 different lengths too. Love these! Haven’t come undone for the 4 months I’ve had them I’m not even once

Too tiny
I wanted some tiny studs for my ears but they are soooo small it is impossible to get screws in. I have no idea how people are doing it. After 30 min I still haven’t got it. They are cute though
