All three of my kids use these to keep their bowel movements regular They are literally the only fiber Gummies I can find that my kids will eat that don’t taste like medicine or plastic. I have tried one as an adult and they’re actually very tasty. I find my kids asking for more than the required dose a day. Lol. I will continue purchasing these.

Little critters is a great product, but I prefer Metamucil overall, but don’t hesitate to purchase because this is a great buy
