How can I get more wood chips? Where? The ones that come with it are great!

Can I buy just the rubber hose ?

I'm not sure if you contacted the vendor if they have parts. I would think you could go to Ace Hardware/Lowes or Home Depot and find the hose.

How long are you able to run the smoker?

I have never had the need to run the smoker longer than 30-45 seconds.

Can you use wood pellets from like Lowe's?

Wood pellets are way too large. You would have to grind them down even further to almost sawdust. It takes about a half teaspoon of the smaller particles. A little goes a long way! I purchased jars of pecan and apple wood dust for variety and it’s so convenient. Good luck!
