I bought this battery for my cousin (she’s recently graduated from college) to keep her Dell P83G running smoothly, even though it’s a discontinued model. Exact replacement and it holds a charge a considerable timeframe. First battery purchased was bad. Wouldn’t charge. Had to purchase a second one

My computers original battery would run out of battery within 1 hour of using it after fully charging it so I decided it was time to change it’s battery out. I went to get a quote from a tech store and they were going to charge me $200! I came across this battery and decided to give it a try and do it myself. It was super easy to install and so far it’s working great! I hope it’s holds up for a while

Bought this battery on Jan 27, 2022. Sold and installed to my client's Dell laptop. Client called me up and told me that the battery is always at 0% even it was charged overnight. The battery turned out dead after 3 months. I bought this battery because of the warranty. The seller stated that:"WARRANTY & SUPPORT : 1 Year Warranty, replacement or refund supported for any battery issues. 24x7 Email Support. Fast shipment from Amazon warehouse. Please contact us if any issues and we will try best to offer you a satisfying solution in 24 hours."The seller did not response. Of course no replacement was sent like it was promised. Low quality product. Will never buy from this seller.I've updated the review with a picture of the expanded battery. It is a fire hazard and it's not safe to use.

Perfect fit! Works as advertised if you follow directions. The old dell battery had swollen and was deforming my keyboard while making the track pad inoperable. My laptop is like new once again after replacing the battery and the battery life is great! Would purchase again.
