Bought for my dad, item arrived quick and he was excited to use this new mug. The handle broke off when he pulled it out of the box. He also said the mug is not good at insulating from heat so it gets very hot when you heat it up in the microwave. 1/5 stars, save your money.

The only reason I gave it 4⭐️instead of 5⭐️is when you put it in the microwave the handles get hot when I’m heating water for tea. Otherwise great cup

For those who have hand tremors, this cup is a godsend. The double handles help prevent a lap of hot coffee. Great not only for beverages but soup . Makes unsteady liquids more easily to deal with. The cup size is good particularly when serving soup. Cup seems durable and functional. Would buy again.

I took a chance on buying this mug, as I wasn't sure what would help my 87-year-old dad's trembling arthritic hands. My mom reports that my dad eats his lunchtime soup out of this mug with much greater dexterity than he was able to before with a single-handed mug. That second handle makes it very easy for him to grasp with both hands to drink without the dribbling, and he can use a spoon more easily too. The only issue is that she doesn't run the dishwasher every day, so he only gets this good mug about every fourth day. Oy vey, I say. Am back to buy three more for him so he's not covered in soup while waiting for the one good mug to be cleaned. Such a simple solution that allows him to eat with greater ease and dignity.

It is the perfect cup for anyone with tremors - my sister in law was visiting and she was talking about a problem spilling liquids - whether it's coffee, water, wine, soup, etc and she was embarrassed when out or with company. I ordered her this cup and she used it while here before taking it home and she loved it. It was packed well when it arrived and was delivered in one day. It makes quite a difference in someone's life. You can take it to a restaurant with you, use it at home, take it on trips.... It's great!
