It's no surprise that you can encounter many tourists from the U.S. and Europe in the mountains, trekking or visiting hot springs.I've been buying this rose hip for three years now and have tried many other options, but I haven't found anything better. Last year, it sold out and was unavailable until the next harvest season. This year, I'm stocking up to ensure I have enough for the entire year.The berries are large and whole, which is important because the main benefit of rose hip comes from the oil in the seeds. I brew it in a thermos for 24 hours, and the result is simply the drink of the gods—give it a try! It will be dark, almost black, and incredibly rich. Over time, the berries may darken, which is a normal occurrence for dried products.Little bit more than 1/2 cup for 1 quart, wash it, put it to thermos with boiling water and wait for at least 12 hours, 24 hours is best!
