Update after Season 1 - Still 5 stars
This has been the best fishing investment we've made. It has the flexibility of a kayak, but better leverage and comfort. It has worn well after a lot of use. Rock stable even in bumpy waters. We are careful dragging it into the water and it's showing a little bit of wear on the bottom strips, but over all still 5 stars!!I purchased the 8’8” for my wife. We needed something light enough for her to handle, portable enough to fit in the van, and comfortable for her back. The Aquos is all three.Important: Contrary to the video, you can’t fit two people on it (and fish) and it doesn’t fit in one bag, but these aren’t deal breakers.PROs• Surprisingly durable• Surprisingly stable (even standing up) You can’t go crazy, but standing and fishing (once you get up your nerve) works well.• With some experience now, she assembles and loads it with her stuff in a leisurely 20 min.• Pieces are surprisingly light.• Handles our trolling motor and battery fine.• Seat is surprisingly comfortable for hours• Rows very easily• Customer service – excellent. We had an issue that was resolved in hours.Cons• Initial setup and assembly instructions? Having to use YouTube videos (that don’t cover everything) is unacceptable for an $800 boat!• Should come with washers for the bolts.I’m glad we got the 8’8”. With fishing stuff, battery, and trolling motor, the smaller boat wouldn’t leave any space to stand. Also, if you like attention, this boat draws people like a magnet. Only wish we could get commission for all or the pictures and referrals! With all that said, we’d give it 6 stars if we could!

Need better instructions
We are first time owners of anything to do with boating. It would be helpful to have the video instructions in English. It would have been nice to know that we need to buy a deep cycle battery separately and what type/size. It would be helpful to have a video to show how to add the railing, chair and transom/bow mount, along with a simple how-to on using the motor. No clue what we are supposed to do with the wires after we charge the battery. And if you tighten the screws all the way in, it seems like they will puncture the pontoons with weight on the platform. Otherwise, it is fairly stable, maneuverable, and easy to transport. But not everything fits in the backpack (not the chair, motor or railing).

I love this little boat!
The media could not be loaded. we are serious part time RVers traveling somewhere at least twice a month. So many time I have been camped next to a lake but could not really do any fishing due to a lacke of access. This little boat fits into the under master storage weighs less than 100 lbs is easy to assemble and store. The perfect RV boat!

Not fully comfortable with the stability
I found that I was not comfortable with the stability of the boat after I installed the boat seat. I took it out for a spin with just the seat prior to installing a Minn Kota trolling motor and battery. After feeling the ride I decided not to install the rest of my gear. For the existing size, I would only recommend this boat for stand up paddleboarding.I plan on modifying the boat with wider floor panels. This should give the boat much more stability and room for the basic gear.

I have a boat in my trunk!
Best river boat I've ever been in. Works perfectly with trolling motor and has plenty of deck space to stand and move around. Easier to stand and paddle than to sit. I wouldn't recommend it on a busy lake as it sits high on the water so you'll be at the mercy of the waves unless you're anchored. Overall a great little fishing boat. And it fits in the trunk of my car!
