They were not nearly as good as I though they would be You can't close it all the way and in about a half a turn it is all the way open and turns into a steady stream so you have very little control. Plastic ones often have more control but they don't seem to hold up for more than a year or 2. Metal with mgood control over the spray pattern would be ideal. So far the Chinese do not seem to be producing one. These might be factory defects given that they seem to cost no more than the plastic versions.

Looks like these are going to last a long time

The nozzles are well made and fit nicely to the pipework (dipped in boiling water). They do the job, but took a lot of trial and error; very susceptable to the number of nozzles on a run. I also had problems with the difference between a jet and off (about 1/10 of a turn) and the spray setting somewhere between them. If the pressure fluctuates the number of nozzles makes a big difference.Nonetheless I now have found that using 5 nozzles on a run at the same level as the tap works, whilst at the bottom of the slope I get away with around 10. Hence 4 stars.

Very little adjustment on these and they give a coarse spray. Would work well in a green house if placed hung from the ceiling, but are definitely not capable of misting

I'm using for 30" beds for mesclun mix succession 1 ft increments at finest setting facing up.
