This item is large, as other reviewers have noted. It is commercial grade. Is it too large for home kitchens? It depends on you. We got ours, and we only bring it out when we need it. We store it away when not in use. So, it does take up a lot of real estate when not in use. But, when we do use it, it works amazingly well.We love having the ability to wrap and HEAT SEAL items in our home. It adds an option to vacuum sealers. So, it’s a great addition to our kitchen.Will it work for you? That’s up to you, and depends on how often you will use it. We love ours!

I power cord that was provided is not for the USA. The one provided stopped working and now I cant use the whole unit.

This has taken us to the next level in packaging. We use this wrapping machine a lot during the holidays to prepackage cookies for our bakery case. We also use it to package pepperoni rolls with sauces for grab-and-go lunches. Only concern is that the cutting bar does not get very hot at one end which slows down the wrapping. Otherwise, a great machine at a great price. It performs as it should.

Ordered this for quick wrapping cookies and cupcakes for quick pickup orders, versus vacuum packing all items even during shipping. This has been a greater and faster option versus hand-wrapping the cupcakes after placing in cupcake holders. My customers are much appreciated that their orders arrive much fresher. For the immediate pickup orders, this has saved me much time wrapping the containers and plates. The plates depending on size can be a little challenging as the deck is not big enough for some, but a quick rotation after sealing the one half side works successfully. The heating element of sealing the bottom is a great plus. I would definiately recommend if you prefer a quicker and easier wrapping method with a plus of sealing bottoms.

This works as expected. It came with instructions and a cord (for USA). It has a heat strip and heating plate and both get very hot, and it has lights for each one to let you know when they're on. The heating plate is heat adjustable with a knob that turns. It holds plastic film wrap up to 17&3/4 inches according to my measurements. The largest size wrap I could find to fit it is 15 inches. The wrap cutter works. It is just a small plastic button that slides in both directions to cut the wrap. I haven't found any problems with this item.

This is a commercial grade food wrapper. Its about double the size of the wholesale club food wrap roll box. I have a spot on my counter specifically for it. Its pretty heavy duty unit and well made housing. It works great and seals much better than just the regular cling wrapping. Its really simple to setup and operate. Its kind of fun wrapping and using the heat plate to seat it.

This wrapping machine is awesome. It fits my kitchen island just right. This is exactly what I needed to help with easier final production of products that needed to be wrapped. Prior to this I was using store brand food wrap. However, I don't want to go back anymore. Efficiency with this machine increased immensely.
