Does what it's supposed to!
I bought a refurbished scanner (from TPO) after two months of not receiving the scanner and going back and forth with the company (no communication, phone calls and emails went unanswered) I finally received the scanner. It didn't work. Wouldn't pull the documents through to scan. Opened it up to find there were no pickup rollers installed. I bought these and installed myself and it works great. This product does what's it supposed to do. But stay away from TPO, horrible company. Faulty products and crappy customer service.
