I enjoy using them. They work really well. I no longer have a sense of smell, due to multiple sclerosis. So I have no idea if they are scented. Sorry.

I’m sorry. I’m not certain where these were made because I threw mine away. They were rough and dry. I would discourage you from buying these.

Q: Does this remove waterproof mascara?

While we can not guarantee all brands of waterproof mascara will be removed with these wipes, reviews have shown that they do indeed work well with removing all types of makeup.
