What do I have to do to make this fit in my 2001 jeep TJ?

Assuming you are replacing the stock subwoofer in the center console, it's a pretty easy replacement for the stock speaker. I'm pretty sure all I needed to do was drill a small hole in the existing (plastic) mounting bracket. I used this speaker to replace my blown stock speaker and it was a painless and simple process. Plus MUCH less expensive than the Jeep replacement part with no loss in quality.
