Finally found a orthopedic that works without going to the doctor

I purchased my first pair of these insoles as a trial with my most commonly used daily shoes, but I have since purchased two more pairs, one for my “other” dailies and the other, believe it or not, for a pair of slippers I wear in the house to keep the outdoor crud off the carpets.I’m impressed with the improvement in my fasciitis-effected left foot and, in general, with the feeling of arch support. All three pairs of shoes are now more comfortable and yield reduced foot fatigue through the day. But I must mention something else about this product, namely how perfectly these insoles fit the three very different pairs of shoes I have them in. In my size 11½ shoes, these fit snuggly, with no fore-and-aft play. They stay properly positioned at all times. The reason I go on about this is that it was a pleasant surprise; a more generic set of insoles I used previously in the same shoes would not stay put and so positioned the arch support sometimes in the wrong place. I realize that everybody’s feet are different, but this excellent result in three different pairs of shoes seems like a recommendation of its own.

I got slapped with some serious foot pain last summer; it stretched on for months, me hobbling about on it, before I finally saw my doc about it. I was sure I would need surgery, but was told, "No, you need to get a golf ball and some plantar fasciitis insoles." The golf ball is used to roll around under foot to stretch the internals of that foot while the insoles- Hey. I put 'em in my shoes as soon as they arrived and I could get them out of the package and within days, I was walking about more normally and with lessened pain! Will this be YOUR experience? The doc said it would be mine and was right. The insoles fit nicely into my shoes AND are-Well, they're just pleasant to wear! My feet almost instantly felt great. They'll soon help get you walking around normally, too, I'd bet. Never thought just an insole could do so much for me, but this is one of those purchases I'd make and remake over and over if asked and I want you to do the same if you suffer through what I did.

The insole that's supposed to work for size 12 shoes was a good half-inch short in my shoes.

well, i have 3 other Plantar Fasciitis inserts and several pairs of footwear - so i guess i should replace after using 60 times. but, i do not keep track of how much i wear each pair. could have one insert, switch to pair i wear that day and replace in 60 days, dr scholls will notify me every 60 days. i have size 12 shoes. large fits. other companies fit - but do not try to go to toe - inches from toe - my problem was with heel after playing 15 minutes of pickle ball - so do not need full length.
