Amazing product. Not bitter like some. Great when consuming a teaspoon a day for immune system boost. If you have a mouth ulcer or any oral issues, take a a teaspoon and rinse your mouth. Works wonders on spots too. I mean not sure if there's something it doesn't work on! This is gold dust!

Excellent Product.Yes the taste is strange, especially to those who have not used these types of products in the past.It’s mild (ish) and tastes like Clove Oil.Take it straight from the bottle, then have a couple of sips of water (drink) and that’s it.Hope this helps

Great product for dry skin
Great product. My skin is nice and smooth after applying it every night. I would buy again.

Good quality but expensive
I tried this oil to improve sleep and it did not work for this. It is a good quality oil and does not taste too bad. It may be an acquired taste, which gets easier after taking daily for a week. It is a bit on the costly side though.

The best way to start your day!
The media could not be loaded. Tastes great with lemon. I combine mine with hot water, ACV, lemon and ginger and collagen powder in the mornings and this drink gives me the flattest stomach, easiest bowel movements and it kick-starts my metabolism. It's organic and unpasteurised so toxin free and full of antioxidants. Highly recommend this oil!

Horrible taste.
Nicely packaged, but my god, one teaspoon and it is making my mouth and throat feel horrible, the after taste is horrendous. The taste of the oil is coming out of my nose. I feel like Ive drunk a bottle of chemicals. I wont be able to take any more. I wish I hadnt bought this.

High hopes for this black seed oil!
No probs ...came in 2 days and was as described. It’s beautifully packaged, too.I don’t mind the taste of this and am taking a tsp twice a day for various physical challenges to do with inflammation, sleep, alertness, and respiratory health. There are more benefits listed too...We shall see as the months go by. So far my sleep is loads better after only 2 doses.
