I recently purchased the ProTuff 19" Fine Pool Net, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance and quality. I bought this in 2019 in the fall when removing copious numbers of leaves, dead worms, and bugs from the pool was important. I was uncertain as to whether the company would honor its “lifetime warranty.” Fast forward to now. Sun and chlorine have finally caused a sudden decay in the plastic surround. The net is still great. I registered the product and sent in a claim. I also ordered a skimmer to complement my set. They both arrived quickly. I now have the replacement which is slightly different but has advantages in being more modular. The net unzips so can easily be replaced. The handle is different than my prior as it has 2 sets of depressible buttons to hold in place. The top set doesn’t work on my pole as they elected to make it oval vs round. This probably pairs with the pole they sell. It leaves more of the handle outside the pole than my prior which had a longer insertion into the pole. See pictures. I’m uncertain as to whether this will be a potential issue. So far, it is not. There is also a weighted tab on the base of the net which is great to grip when emptying.So, they absolutely, without question honor their warranty. Yes, it may cost a bit more, but I burned through several before I got one that lasts longer than my pool cover. Do not hesitate, it is well worth it.

Whoever created this net is a next level genius. I’ve had a pool in my life for forty years and this is the single most intelligent, durable, beefy, but still lightweight design I’ve ever seen. I’ve spent $30 on that typical sky blue poop-tastic pool net that deteriorates after one season. This is not that. This is the BEST EVER!! The thoughtful design to the angle of the front rim is brilliant. The net is zippered so easy to replace instead of throwing the whole thing away! The housing is so robust it’s almost a 1950’s Ford truck! Oh! And there’s this thick tab on the very bottom of the net so I can easily grab and dump out any debris just beautiful fully!! Brilliant! Wow. All I can say is wow. I love this company’s products. My pool Cleaner recommended them to me when I moved out to 1932 Alice, TX and couldn’t find a cleaner here. This is going to make my time cleaning the pool so easy and so much more enjoyable. Just wow. Highly recommended. Also check out their pool pole! That thing is genius!

We've had the ProTuff silt and leaf rakes since 2020. They've been great. The silt rake finally ripped this year (2025), probably because we weren't exactly gentle with it (understatement) and often left it in the sun all day. I went to the ProTuff website, filled out a form that asked for my name, email, address, and order number. It also asked if I wanted free expedited shipping, but mentioned that expedited shipping costs them more and they'd prefer we not check the box unless needed. I chose normal shipping. Three days later I had a brand new silt rake for free, I didn't even pay for shipping. They didn't ask why I needed a replacement. They didn't ask for a photo or for the old one to be returned. There was no hassle. No digging through a website or talking with automated chat bots. They didn't ask me to post a review. They didn't send me a million emails asking me to buy products. They just took care of it nice and easy. Awesome company!(I don't think I've ever left a review on Amazon before despite being a customer for a couple decades, but this company deserves it.)

Tired of replacing pool nets every season, purchased this one and it am very happy so far. It’s extremely sturdy and you can tell it’s solid engineering and manufacturing. They truly thought about all the details, opening the pool now with a fair amount of leaves and this cut my by probably 30%, I like the little bend lip on the leading edge and the little gripped on the bottom of the net to aid in clearing the debris from the net. Even the mechanism that the handle attaches to is top notch. The QR Code on the box doesn’t take you to an unavailable/outdated web page, but the Warrenty registration is pretty easy, you just need your order number from Amazon.
