friend,the carburetor inlet:48mm, outlet:35mm.

Would this be okay to put on my 670cc? I'm doing a dual carb setup

This is a great carburetor hands down. You might have to do a little more research for this to make sure it works. I am currently using it for a 125cc and still in the process of having it tuned
