So yummy and easy to make!
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this variety pack blew me away! Every shape was super yummy and incredibly easy to cook. It’s such a great alternative to regular pasta. It was light, low-cal, and still satisfying. The texture held up really well, and it paired beautifully with all kinds of sauces and flavors (especially pesto and spicy marinara!). Perfect for anyone watching carbs or calories but still craving that pasta feel. Will definitely be reordering!

Great product
I can’t say enough about this product, I decided to try it because it’s low-carb and low-calorie and you can add whatever you want with it to give it a good taste vegetables , sauces and seasonings. The texture is a little different but I’ve gotten used to it and love it. It lets me feel like I’m having noodles which I miss trying to follow a low carb.

Great diet consideration!
After being on a low carb/ low sodium/ liquid restricted diet for 6 months, it was nice to try something that I craved! This pasta is chewy but it hit the spot! After receiving it I indulged!! Had 2 servings! I just watched what kinds of flavoring that I used! I used garlic pepper and low sodium Sriracha hot sauce! It was pretty good! Use your imagination and consider your desire for weight loss! I will order more!

Texture of product is not pasta like at all
Okay, so honest review on this product from a foodie who is always looking for ways to make things healthier. They have no smell and no taste at all. So you can only taste what you add to them. They are very easy to make, open drain and rinse them. They are transparent which was a little off putting to me but I was determined to like it. I made spaghetti and meatballs with them. I could not get used to the texture of the noodles. They are kind of rubbery or bouncy when you try to chew them and even with a red sauce added they were still transparent. If texture doesn’t matter to you then it’s a good low calorie choice. It isn’t something I will be using in my diet plan.

worth it
I really like these, they have a good variety of pastas and they don't taste bad at all. I personally don't think they have a taste at all. For only 9 calories PER BAG, that's pretty good in my opinion. We live off these being that my husband is a MMA fighter and is always doing weight cuts plus, who isn't trying to be healthier these days. It was hard to have pasta dishes when he was in a weight cut due to the amount of carbs in regular pasta but these are perfect. For me, I have a hard time digesting certain foods and they did not digest very well but I'm testing out if I chew longer, maybe it'll be better for me. I give these a 8.5/10 rating.

Best I’ve Tried Yet!
I’ve tried a few different kinds of low-cal noodles when dieting. Some have had a gross fishy smell, some have tasted bitter, and some have had too stiff and chewy a texture. Before these skinny noodles, the Healthy Noodle packs from Costco were the best I’d found, but I found those to be barely good enough (and Costco doesn’t always carry them). These don’t smell fishy out of the package, they don’t taste like much of anything on their own (not bitter), and though they are tougher and chewier than regular pasta, it’s not too much so.I’ve only had them one way: cooked in a pan with vegetable broth and soy sauce. And that’s been genuinely delicious—not just palatable. Another reviewer mentioned that that’s probably the only good way to prepare them, and I can believe that. That’s probably the only way I’ll eat them. They’re a little more expensive than I’d like, of course, but it’s worth it for when I want to drop some weight from time to time without starving myself of a base for vegetable dishes.Portion size is great, too. The bags seem a little small, but once you get the noodles out, and rinse and cook them, it’s a nice hefty serving.UPDATE:I’ve been eating these regularly now for several weeks, and I still love them. The main reason I wanted to update the review is because they’re more versatile than I suggested in my original review. They are very good every way I’ve prepared them. I’ve had them with regular pasta sauce after microwaving the noodles, I’ve stir-fried them with vegetables and various sauces, I’ve added them to soups—just heating them up in the soup, and it’s all good. Texture is pretty much the same however you cook them.

Pasta without the Bloat.
Very happy substitute for pasta. Smell was fine. I had other substitutes and smells made me gag. I opened and rinse with cold water. No smell at all. Just added it to my Raos that had my sautéed beef mix in it and my Picorino Romano cheese. Filled me up without the bloat. Just ordered my second variety box. Pricey yes. But taste is pretty dam good. Not mushy. My 279 lb husband loves it. Can you believe it. Also, I’m Italian

Great LOW Carb Option
Looking to cut carbs but love pasta? This is the way to go. Simple to eat and sauce, this is a good pasta substitute. Taste is good, the only slight drawback is the texture is slightly rubbery, but it's better than the more common lower carb options that you have to boil.
