It is a large pill but not huge. My son takes this, and there’s a noticeable improvement with his ADHD. His brain seems to be getting a powerhouse of veggie nutrients, that he wasn’t getting from food.I take it too, and I feel like it helps with energy, and feeling overall healthier. It does make your urine smell like broccoli for a couple of times after you take it. I don’t think it is an issue, but it might be noteworthy for some.

We are using this for the cancer suppressing properties of broccoli, just in pill form. Easy to swallow and quick to take.

New product has the same front label and no indication that the product has changed. Previously, Broccomax contained 30mg SGS per capsule claiming to yield 8mg sulforophane. The “new” Broccomax contains only 35mg SGS per TWO capsules (17.5mg per capsule) at the same pricing as the old. So they basically just doubled the price, but really since many people who have taken the product for years won’t notice the change, they’re causing people to get less supplement than they think they’re taking. Jarrow should have changed the front label for the new product so that it was obvious to look for a change in the formulation or dose.The Jarrow phone number on the website went unanswered for at least several weeks that I tried to get in touch with them by phone, while the old version of this product went out of stock at many retailers. I wonder if the company has new, less scrupulous owners. I always used to trust Jarrow supplements, but now I’m not sure I should. This was a dirty trick.

Use it between meals especially on days when I may not have broccoli side dish. Pleasant, no aftertaste.
