Stabile, front outrigger wheels great for my band saw
8/22 update - bought a second for my 200-pound 17-inch Delta 17-900 drill press. Works GREAT! See the photo. The beauty part about these bases are the "foot-flip" levers - simple to roll the machine out and then with a foot flip, drop the base to the floor on the rubber pads. No thumb screws to mess with, just a foot lever - ideal setup!Original 7/22 review:I have a 30-year-old Jet JBS-14CS bandsaw that I need to be able to pull out from the wall. I had a wheeled base but it was an old moving dolly made from a 3/4-inch piece of plywood with 4-inch wheels - too tip prone. My moving dolly base was a disaster waiting to happen because the design of that dolly encouraged the band saw to want to tip forward. Not cool.I needed a mobile base with front outrigger wheels to eliminate my potential forward tipping issues. Here’s what I liked about this Bora base -Pro:- Outrigger front wheels eliminate any forward tipping potential- rolls forward and backwards easily even with a 190 pound bandsaw on board- Assembly is straight forward as long as you pay attention to the directions.- all the hardware was provided and you can set the saw up to be close to level with the adjustable rubber feet- the base locks solid with the foot levers - cool design!Con:- would be more maneuverable with 4 x 360 degree wheels rather than 2 x 360 along with 2 fixed position wheels. But I don’t need my band saw to do figure skating Mohawks, just pull out from the wall.- the instructions are a bit remedial and it took me longer than I expected to assembly (the second one was easy). In summary, this Bora base was an ideal solution for my problem. It was at a good price point, the design met my non-tipping and mobility needs and it wasn’t too much of a pain to assemble.I added a piece of 3/4 inch exterior plywood to both the Bora bases so I could slide my 190-pound machines onto the Bora base easily. I was working alone and if you have help to lift and place your machines, you may not need the plywood. If you need a truly maneuverable base, look for one with 4 x 360 wheels. For my purposes, these Bora bases add a lot of stability and mobility! Hope that helps.

Nice unit for the money- very adjustable for different sized bases.
Very adjustable, easy to assemble and plenty heavy duty enough for my large planer base. Cheaper than most other quality base brands out there. Essential for a small shop!

Thank goodness for YouTube. The instructions are just pictures that are not detailed. There is not a good explanation on getting both nylon washers on both sides of the wheels. There is a trick to it by using 2 bolts, but the last wheel you only have one bolt so the trick will not work. Luckily, I had a small pair of locking forceps to help guide the last washer in place.Once I had it assembled with my bandsaw on it. It was very easy to roll around and I felt it was very sturdy. Other than the difficulty of putting it together, I fell it will do well moving the bandsaw around the garage.

nice rolling stand
Bought this stand for my Jet jointer and it works great. Easy to assemble, rolls great. The only thing I wish is that the front wheels were casters to make it move manuverable in a small shop. I prefer to be able to spin my tools around not roll them like a grocery cart. Overall great product

Best mobile base period.
This is the 3rd one I've bought. I have them under my table saw, jointer and bandsaw and i can't recommend Bora mobile bases enough. Quality products and easy to assemble.

Way too small for reasonable tools
This is worthless. Bought for Sawstop CTS; the only way it can be made big enough for that application is to extend the legs to the point where there is only one bolt holding them on each leg - which makes it absolutely worthless as a study workpiece. Thoroughly disappointed.

Should have bought it years ago
Delivered next day. Packaged very well. All parts included, and were high quality. The instructions were iffy, just drawings, but easy to follow. 45 minutes to assemble. Using it with a 40 year old Craftsman 10” table saw. Easy to move it around, rather than the dragging I did for four- decades. Metal pieces to lift it by stepping on them. Easy up and down. I don’t understand the low star reviews at all. This is a good bit of kit.
