Everything we needed was in this kit, was a gift for my daughter and she uses it every day! Strong enough for her parents to try too!! If you have a child that is into dance or gymnastics great gift for their birthday!

The practice of aerial hammock makes me feel so alive and free! I wanted to bring the experience that I had in the studio home, so I got this starter kit on a deal day and I'm so glad that I did! The silks are stretchier than at the studio and more of a performance silk quality, so they do tend to dig into you a little more than a studio silk might, but it also gives you a lot more freedom of movement and room to grow! The kit comes with everything that you need to hang your silks or hammock from a tree, but if you want to hang it from the ceiling inside you'll need more hardware. I've had them for about six months now and they're holding up well! I hang them from a tree outside and bring them inside during bad weather. It's even caught on the tree bark a couple of times and so far hasn't damaged the fabric, so it's good quality! Overall, I'm so pleased and still so excited that I can have access to this at home.

this is very strong, make sure sure ur beams have at least 2-4 inches. overall it i s high quality
