We just moved to induction. I already have several DeBuyers carbon steel fry pans and love them. When I ready about this non-stick induction ready for eggs and fish, I just had to have it. It's great. And it is every bit the quality feel you'd expect from this brand. Top notch. And it doesn't stick! I even use the back of a metal fork for French style omelets without fear of ruining it like so many cheap non-stick. Sure, you could buy 5 cheap pans for this price, but then you'll go through five cheap pans in the time you could have enjoyed this one quality pan. I'm not a professional chef, but I do like nice things. And this is nice.

J'adore cette poêle.15 ans que je m'efforce à acheter des poêles qui, ma fois, sont hyper efficace au début en terme de cuisson puis très vite lorsque le revêtement anti-adhesif s'effrite la poêle ne vaut plus rien et on peu même plus faire cuire des œufs. J'achète une poêle neuve 1 fois par an.Avec cette poêle professionnelle, les cuissons sont réussi. Ca fait maintenant 3 mois que je l'utilise et elle est toujours aussi qualitative. Elle est de taille standard. Un peu plus lourde qu'une poêle classique.

Die Ergebnisse auf unserem Induktionsherd sind perfekt. Der Griff wird bei langen braten schon recht warm, deswegen immer ganz hinten angreifen. Die Pfanne ist perfekt Plan und wackelt kein bisschen.

Si quieres comprar un sartén de aluminio este es el producto, pero si quieres metal está mal descrito!
