This is a very cool product, I use it with my band at live shows and the crowd marvels at it.

The media could not be loaded. Oh my goodness this is so cool. I leave it in in the bathroom at night it’s so bright you don’t even need a light on,, it’s so clear and bright the animated display is detailed and you can pick from so many different pictures . Not to mention your own stuff too. It was not hard to put together at all and connects to wifi..

I didn't understand the instructions for installation of the fan blades. I purchased the 4-blade model. Instructions say, connect A to A and B to B. The blades are marked A and B but there are no matching marks on the fan hub. The fan hub has additional marking "CN1 through CN4" but the fan blades are all simply marked CN1. The only illustration in the instructions is for the 6-blade model. After very gentle experimentation I found a way to install the blades, but be warned it is possible th "crunch" the blade edges in a way that could damage the LEDs.One of the fan blades is missing parts of the protectivve circuit board coating.When running, the images wobble slghtly, and it's enough to be unpleasant. And yes I have the fan firmly mounted to a base. This must be an issue with the software and the blade alignment.The plastic case is cleverly cut pieces, but they are awkardly connected and it will be difficult to keep the inside of the case clean. The desktop feet are a pair of unfinished, sharp metal strips. The mounting bracket does not secure the fan against tipping, in which case it would fall from the bracket.I tried four times to get customer support help, both from Amazon and the seller. The seller just says they will send me a tutorial and more video files. Sorry, but I asked a simple question and should have received a simple answer. I'm also going to mention that the plastic and the little screws for holding on the blades look really weak and I question whether this product will hold up for any length of time. If you remove the blades for transport, you will notice that the plastic comes with them and the mounting holes are stressed. I have favorable experience with fans made by other companies including Kino Mo. This product is too expensive for me to deal with these issues.Because of the issues with the fragile plastic hub mounts and screws and the issues with getting my questions answered, this is not a good product to be able to set up and take down for travel to exhibits and trade shows or even family events. There are other fans that use removable machine screws and will better meet my requirement.

I’ve been using it for a few days (will update if necessary) and I’m quite happy with the function and ease of use. The PC application seems to be discontinued but the iPhone app works just fine. The wifi connection can be a little finicky but troubleshooting has consisted of no more than reconnecting to its wifi or closing and relaunching the app. The longest single video I’ve converted through the app is about 1 minute long but it converted and loaded to the fam quickly. Media is stored locally on a micro SD card (mine came with an 8GB card) which means you can convert media to BIN files and load them onto the card directly.The electronic components on the blades are not enclosed, be careful when handling it and do not physically stop a spinning blade, just let it slow down after you turn it off. I have the 18.1” model and the images are clear, but do not expect super high resolution, it has a good number of LEDs but it can only be so detailed. The rings between the LEDs, in my opinion, are not at all distracting and almost unnoticeable to someone watching the video and not looking specifically for gaps.I haven’t had any issues with the image being crooked but the included remote and the app have a function to rotate the image in small increments. The LEDs are bright and the images are clear even in well-lit rooms, which makes this better than a projector for smaller displays in my opinion. 3d images do look better if the hologram fan is in front of a dim to dark background.The app and instructions were very easy to understand, but don’t hesitate to google instructions if you get stuck, there are some good video tutorials out there.

I have bought so many vans because I love the holidays and putting decorations all around and this is by far the coolest way to do it. Of all the ones I bought, this probably has the clearest images with a very good size too. I’ve already set this one up for Easter with a cool egg on it.
