Latency free/poor battery life
1 day later I will be returning these as 3 hours use is not enough.I really like the fit of the earbuds thr weight is good thr ease of auto connect when the dingle is plugged in . What I don't like is the tinnyness no bass or depth of the sound but for the purpose of fps gaming it seems to be beneficial. I play ow2 and the footsteps are crystal clear with these on so quite happy just won't be using them for music. I have the LG fn7s and for some reason they lag when I play ow2 but are perfect for music so my problem is solved now

EPOS GTW 270 Hybrid.
Edit 33 years later and still going strong. Still no complaints and the most comfortable buds I own.Just a shame that Epos have shut down their gaming division so no chance of a new version!Edit 2Recent update has enabled microphone using the dongle, what’s not to love!Edit:Nearly 12 months after purchase and still going strong. Unsure about the many recent reviews stating they don’t connect. I’ve connected to my iPhone (Bluetooth), ps5 (dongle) and my pc (Bluetooth and dongle, dongle sounding better but sometimes need the mic so switch to Bluetooth) with no issues. The only device they don’t connect to an Xbox series X, Xbox don't support Bluetooth or USB audio connections unless Xbox approved, which these aren’t, (along with many other headsets).Original reviewAll the reviews I've seen for these so far have been for free products through Vine, these have been bought and paid forQuite impressed with these little earbuds, the sound quality is better than I expected and the battery life hasn't let me down. I've used these for a few hours every night for two weeks and only had to charge the case once as it was down to 2 (out of 5).The included dongle has a decent range but as you move further away crackles can happen occasionally. I have mine plugged into a PS5 at the other side of the room to my sofa, whilst it does work, I tend to use the included extension cable to get the dongle closer to me. This is stil a few metres away from where I'm sat.I cannot hear any noticable delay between the screen and buds using the dongle, I haven't tried just using the PS5's built in bluetooth.I have sent back 2 well reviewed headphones before settling on these, the Bayerdaynamic Lagoon and B&W PX7, and I much prefer the sound on these buds. The case is metal and feels premium, the buds are light and fit securely. These earbuds do not have active noise cancellation but the passive isolation is good.My only negatives:They came with 3 large tips and only 1 of the next size down. The microphone works but is a bit weak.As other reviews have mentioned, the microphone doesn't work when using the dongle but it does work when using bluetooth. This doesn't bother me personally but may be a negative to others.Equaliser only appears to work when connected to the PC. I'd read somewhere that you'd set the EQ on the PC and it would store on the device. This doesn't appear to be the case.

DO NOT BUY!!!
I never give reviews but this is so bad i have to.I give this 0 STARS. The thing is useless is doesn't even pair with the dongle that comes with it. spent hours and never go one sound out of them. Returned!

Sound good terrible software
The sound on these was pretty good, but the. volume was a bit low. The battery life didn't seem great. They were very comfortable.I have returned them as overall I had two major issues. The company has announced they will not be making any more gaming headsets which worries me for ongoing support. What is worse is the software is awful. The dongle is updated but I cannot get the software to recognise the earbuds at all so I cannot update them. Most of the app does not work at all. I can’t justify keeping them at the cost they were as I do not see these issues being remedied with the lack of ongoing support. If you could pick them up under £50 I would say a good buy, otherwise avoid. Which is such a disappointment as they have so much going for them only to be let down by the software suite.

No good for guitars
I tried this with rocksmith and cakewalk. I could definitely feel latency when playing the guitar. So unfortunately I had to return them. Having said that, they're actually really cool. Volume was a bit low but sounded great. Oh I only tried them through the dongle I didn't use bluetooth. Didn't have time to try them in online gaming as I'm on the search for some headphones. They were great and if they weren't so expensive I would have kept them. But sadly not suitable for what i needed. Back to wired I guess...

I've been waiting for this for years!
Edit: The USB-C dongle also works with Oculus Quest 2 which makes it even more amazing.I'm very sensitive to Bluetooth delay which made me stop using my Bose QC35s and few others. This product solves it all, the latency is pretty much non existent which makes gameplay very comfortable. The fact that you can plug the dongle to any PC/Console/Phone/Tablet makes this product very versatile and very easy to use. Sound quality is also great as these are tuned for positional audio which is important in gaming. I'm surprised these aren't more popular. If I can pick on something that would be lack of space for the dongle inside the case.

Not worth the price tag
I was looking for wireless in-earbuds for gaming (FPS & Fitness) and overall the product wasn't up to scratch.I did a lot of research and found a lot of good things to be said about this product but was years old and nothing recent. When using them depending where I was the audio would cut out of the left in-ear as if something was affecting the signal.I also found after doing the firmware upgrade the battery life dropped to 2/3 hours. In the end I had to send them back, they wasn't suitable for my needs and for the price you would expect better. I recently purchased an earfun air pro, it was half the price, double the battery life and overall better sound quality and no signal issues, so if anyone is looking for wireless in-earbuds I recommend earfun air pro

Literally doesn't work
Specifically with the dongle it comes with. The instructions are very clear, put the dongle into pairing mode then the case, they connect. Simple right, well it literally doesn't work. Tried this across multiple devices. It worked one time and then lost connection after maybe 6 seconds. Awful device, do not waste your time.
