I recently got a new phone and it didn't have a place to plug in my headphones so ordered this so I can listen to music or watch TV while at the gym. Showed up quickly with a neat little carrying case. Simple to use and does exactly what it's supposed to. I would recommend !

works great , sound is perfect! The only reason im giving it 4 stars is because the first one that was sent to be was defected & when i reached out to customer i was sent a second . I forgot to send the defected one back and was charged for two . Now i have a 2 , one useless one and one good one but paid for two.

When I switched to my new Samsung Galaxy S20FE, I didn't realize it had not auxiliary port, my vehicle does not have Bluetooth so I was bummed that I couldn't hook my phone to my radio. When I found this adapter I was a little unsure of how well the sound quality would be, but it actually doesn't sound any different than if it was Bluetooth connected or auxiliary port connected. So happy with this, and it comes with a cute little carrying case. It is a bit small so buyer beware you might lose it if it becomes unattached to the male piece of the aux cord. All in all I would recommend this product.

Like many others, I didn't originally realize my new phone didn't have an aux input. I did think of it after I placed the order, so researched and bought this before the phone arrived.Primary use is when I'm in a coffee shop listening to SiriusXM (my taste in music etc is different than Starbucks', LOL) while I'm browsing the internet on a tablet and sipping my coffee. Wireless buds were a hassle because I'd forget to charge them, so in this case I prefer wired.This is easy to use, although I haven't tried using it for volume control or for phone calls, so no comments there. At first I wasn't sure I really needed the little case, but now I realize how handy that will be for other accessories, like my micro-usb to C adapter for charging the tablet to keep it from getting lost.I haven't used this a whole lot yet (thanks to pandemic, lots of the local Starbucks weren't open for sitting), so I guess I'll find out about longevity and update this if needed.

I’m not sure why it skips the audio I try to play. I connected it to my laptop and then connected it to my external speakers. The Youtube video I tried to play was constantly skipping, like the video was paused and unpaused very quickly. I could see it happening on the progress bar. When I tried to pause the video, I could not. But using the aux plug on my laptop yielded regular and expected results. So I’m not sure why the adaptor is doing this behavior.

I will always love my headphones even though most people don't like the wires being in the way. Just don't feel safe using those pods thing that require bluetooth connection. These are easy to use since now almost all newer phones require bluetooth use for phone calls and other uses. I'm happy these are available to those of us who still want to be a little old fashioned. :-)
