Will this hold water? I want to use it as a bird bath

There are no holes in the bowl. It will hold water well. I think it would work perfectly as a bird bath. It is lighter than the average Bowl Planter. The material is a rubber/plastic and is less dense than wood or ceramic. Less breaking too.

I am looking for a planter to make a DIY fire pit, is this bowl safe to use?

It is made up of polymer, stone powder and wood dust so I'd say NO.
