I searched for honey with lavender after having an appetizer dip made of ricotta with lavender honey—read the menu's list of ingredients and replicated it. This honey has such a nice flavor, and the package is a decent size for the price. Arrived pretty quickly after I ordered it, nicely packed for no breakage. I'd definitely buy it again.

I’ve bought this honey before fresh from Chelsea market, but it looks like their location closed down so i decided to try ordering from here bc it was SO good, but this honey must have been sitting in the warehouse for a long time. It came completely crystallized and no matter how much i heated it, it would just immediately re-crystallize when it cooled making it impossible to use. I ended up throwing the whole jar out sadly

I was never a fan of honey. One of my granddaughters thinks it is the best of foods. I heard it had health benefits for arthritis. I don't know if that is true but figured it couldn't hurt so I would give it a try. OMG! I ordered the lavender and let's just say I am now a convert to honey! What a difference between this honey and store bought. This is so good I could eat it by the spoonful! Still don't know if it has any impact on arthritis but the taste is great so that is what is important now. It is quite pricey, but once you try it you too will be a convert.

Oh My! the only thing I don't like is the price, but I buy it anyway because it is so good.
