How are you suppose to use these wipes. When they came dry as a bone, baked in the sun at 210 degrees. Disappointed and mad. Doesn’t even describe how I feel right now. I hope someone reaches out and makes this right. You will know if they have not. Because you’re reading this review. Same your money.

I got these for my mom when she was sick. They worked great after I completely read the instructions. I only gave them 4 stars because it was not clear that they were not pre-moistened clothes. Other then having to put water on them and let them sit for a little bit before using, they worked good for what we needed.

However, the product lacks clear instructions on whether an antiseptic solution should be added and, if so, how much. When purchasing this product, I assumed the cloths would be pre-impregnated with an antiseptic solution that could be activated by massaging or adding water.Upon visiting the website (Molnlycke), I found no clear consumer instructions addressing this issue. From a healthcare provider’s perspective, product packaging should include overt instructions and clearly list product contents, whether sold individually or in bulk. The packaging offers only preparation directions and includes a vague statement: “…these soft cloths can be used with your favorite antiseptic skin cleanser by wetting… the cloth.”This statement is misleading, as it suggests that the cloths would contain the brand’s antiseptic product, HiBi (Hibiclense), especially given the product line’s name. Moreover, the packaging fails to disclose whether the cloths contain latex, a critical omission given the prevalence of latex allergies among consumers and patients.For a healthcare product, such omissions are problematic and could undermine consumer confidence. Transparency in product contents and usage instructions is essential, especially for a product marketed to both healthcare providers and general consumers.
