Yes. It’s magnetic can be individualized sand pieces or molded together.

Is this sand easy to mold? can i play with "ananbros sand mold"?

It’s very easy to mold and hold the brick maker shape nicely. However if you stack the bricks the weight will eventually make it crumble. Highly recommended.

Is there anywhere to purchase just the truck from this set?

I have not seen the truck by itself, but Kinetic does have a smaller set that comes with just 1 truck and a few street signs
