Great product!
We purchased these to help curb jet lag on a trip overseas. These melatonin tablets really helped us to get a good night's sleep, which assisted in the adjustment to the eight hour time difference. We appreciated the low dosage and felt comfortable giving these to our children, who had never taken melatonin. I had stayed away from melatonin after experiencing nightmares in the past, but I took these tablets for three consecutive days and did not have any issues. I highly recommend these 1mg dissolving tablets!

Kids love them
Love that these are a natural based solution to allow my children to fall alseep on those restless nights. We do not take regularly but a few times a week when the day has been busy and the brains just won't stop thinking. My children get restful sleep and do not seem to show side effects the next day.
