For my experience this ADDMAX ELECTRIC HEATING PAD is very useful for my back pain relief.While using it I feel it's soft and very comfortable.It has very useful option that is temperature settings.I am fully satisfied. I give 5 out of 5 stars 🌟.Thanks

Hey, Great amazon customers. I am quiet satisfied with this product. As a slip disc patient my self i still use this pad now and then. It gives me an instant relief from pain. Even after rough and tough usage of 3 years its heating capabilitites are up to the mark. I strongly recommend this pad for back related usage.Thank You.

The product is not good. It stopped working after 3 months and on top of that they dont have any technical support for this. Waste product. Even customer care is not able to help here.

Today I received ,and used,it works wel,instant heating,with adjustment,,material wire pad ,adjustable welcrow beautiful and good quality.I recomend the product who got lower back pain,,spondylitis problems it works wel.i like it

It worked really well for a while. But later the temperature control was off, barely heating at the lowest levels like it used to initially. Few months later it just stopped working. Wouldn't recommend this if you are ready to spend little higher and buy something more sustainable
