This item is almost exactly as it's description. It's easy to read, full of information and a nice size. The one mistep is the description stating it was laminated. Instead, it has what appears to be a thin, low-gloss coating. Nothiing really protective against water or ripping or just general wear & tear. I'm not bothered by it but, it was one of the selling points that made me decide to buy it. It's not a deal breaker and still worth the money I spent but, I'll just have to spend a dollar or two in order to have it laminated, if I choose to do so. Otherwise, very nice piece.

Nice to have a quick reference card. I like it. There are references to key words and elements and also which area of the body is associated with which sign. It is just the same as in the photo. It is about the size of a sheet of notebook paper. (size A4). There are no holes or perforations that allow you to add it into a binder and not much room to allow for hole punching on your own. If you use a really tiny hole puncher you might get by. I'd say for the customer's sake, if the seller will not punch holes themselves, give extra room so the customer can do that on their own without messing up the decorative part.

Cardboard was bent during deliver
Just a cheap piece of cardboard that was bent and dented by the time it got to me. Had it been mailed between two pieces of thicker cardboard it might have made it to me in better shape. Not exactly what I expected either. A lot of great basic information though. Not worth the price. Thank goodness for free shipping
