For how many minutes is the bag rated against 2000 degrees?

Documents will burn or char at 2000 degrees if there is any oxygen in bag. Unless the bag has a means for and has been evacuated. The interior will eventually reach ambient temperature within a predictable amount of time depending on insulation value of the container. . All fire safes are rated in hours or minutes depending on insulation value because eventually given enough time the contents will burn or melt. Greg

Is this bag moisture proof for documents?

According to the description, yes, but I haven't tried to drown mine. Or set it on fire. My sense is that it depends how long the conditions last, and to what intensity. Would it survive going over Niagara Falls? I don't know.

The number of documents I need to store in this bag is approx. 6 inches deep. I am trying to determine if they will fit?

I wanted to see how much I could fit and accurately describe. I put 3 packs of (150 sheet)notebook paper and a 5-subject (200 sheets 11in x 9in) notebook and it looks like it would hold at least another pack of paper. It zips and closes just fine.

You say 11" x 15" but how Deep Is the bag on inside?
