Very poor value.
Very expensive piece of cheap plastic,, bought it based on the good reviews it has,, i don’t understand why, unless they are fake, it’s cheap rubbish that you would expect to find in your local £1 shop... it’s not worth a penny more. Purchase something else and save your money.

Better protractors on the market. Avoid!
I recently purchased this protractor for measuring angles on some carpentry work I've got to do. Unfortunately, when it arrived, i found that the protractor was out by 2 - 3 degrees. I checked the protractor against several different try squares, and every time the protractor read 92 / 93 degrees. Furthermore, the protractor cannot be calibrated in any way by the user, so if the protractor is out you're stuck with it.Very poor quality so i returned it for a refund. Not recommended.

Good Effort but Hopeless
I am really frustrated about this. It looks good quality and feels good quality but the accuracy is appalling. As shown in the video you can move the arms a few degrees before the pointer actually moves!I also found the display difficult to read as there is not enough contrast between the marks and the background.I expected better and I didn't expect it to be made in china (not that I've got anything against the place) and maybe I just got a faulty one but if you do buy this then check before you use.

Completely useless as it is inaccurate by over 0.5 degrees.
There is slop which results in this tool being completely useless as it defeats the whole purpose of it. There is about between 0.5 degrees and 1 degree of movement in the tool before the reading even changes.I wish I listened to the other bad reviews instead of wasting my money. I only bought this after a recommendation from Finish Carpentry TV. No idea how he uses this to get such perfect results.

great for a quick angle
it’s a good little tool, perhaps a little hard to read for older eyes but it’s also a good size for getting into small corners when fitting skirting. if you want an accurate definitive number maybe get a digital one but if you want a quick angle this is great. i also like that it gives you the angle you need on your chop saw.i used it for 3 years, doing lots of 2nd fix carpentry and it found a regular place in the tool belt. it’s not too big either. eventually the scale started getting worn and harder to read and yesterday it stopped working and i opened it up and the alignment tabs on the inside had broken off.i have ordered the aluminium version although that one is £50. i think £25 for 3 years of solid work isn’t too bad value really
