Perfect for the price but the backup camera stopped working
Looks great in my 2001 Chevy Tahoe, just needed a double din dashboard, and wiring harness which is cheap, only complaint, is that the backup camera function stopped working on the device, the camera works itself but the stereo won’t let me use it. I love the CarPlay, and the interface, it’s smooth although it takes a second to boot up, but I love it, wish the backup camera would work thoUpdate: the customer service for this product was ridiculously good, not only did they provide quick responses, but they even had a team to fix my problem. This is thee choice for a low cost, premium quality stereo

Crappy. Don’t waste time. Spend the extra money on a better brand.
I hate this radio. And there’s nothing I can do about it because I already paid a company $300 to install it for me. It shuts off sometimes when I change gears. It’s hard to turn the volume down/up its like the touch screen lags. Sometimes when I plug my phone in with the USB it doesn’t recognize it, so I have to unplug it and plug it back in a few times and it will finally prompt the CarPlay. And it’s not my cable I’ve tried it with a few different cables I have including brand new ones. Sometimes the music will show that it’s playing and the volume will be up but it won’t be playing anything and I have to reset everything to get music to play. Sometimes the maps glitches and i can’t type stuff in. Again I have to reset everything. It’s just really crappy and i wish I bought a better brand. But even if I want to return it I’d have to pay someone to uninstall it and then pay again to install the other one so I would be losing too much money. I just have to deal with it. My fault for trusting a brand called Hee-ha. Sounds like someone laughing.

Excellent product
I am very pleased with this item. I have used it now for over two years and could not be happier with it. It was easy to install, works as advertised, and was a good price.

Good bang for buck
I got this for 75$ with a coupon from Amazon and it being on sale. For 75$ a head unit and a backup camera was a steal. The software is obviously cheap due to price but easy to use and go through the settings. I wired it myself and it was very easy as the wires for the units pigtail all come labeled with what they are. It fit well and it was easy to follow the instructions. My only qualms with this unit are that the units screen mirroring is choppy and roughly the same size as my phone with no options to full screen. The audio quality is good but the volume adjustment is not as refined as the factory unit I had, the minimum volume level is loud for my taste. Overall I’m happy with the purchase as I just needed something to hold off for a bigger purchase and a more quality unit because my first was stolen and I just wanted some music in the meantime.

Risky
I don’t know if it was an error on my part but it completely stopped working and wouldn’t turn back on after 5 seconds.

Great
Great material easy to use easier to hook up easier to transfer to another car. It is great and for the price it is great and it’s the same damn thing they have in these brand new cars anyway.

Touch screen messed up!!
Update: yeah, after having it installed for a couple weeks - this is pretty unusable.I ran across this looking for back up cameras and as it wasn’t much more, decided to take a chance as I wasn’t happy with the stock stereo anyway. The installation was pretty straightforward once I got a useable diagram of my 2013 Subaru Forester’s wiring harness. But once installed, while it plays music - the touchscreen starts registering seemingly random selections, making it nearly unusable. I’ve found if I select the AV IN and use my Echo Auto to listen to music there isn’t much it can mess up. It basically cycles through dimming the screen, turning off the screen, or turning the screen on bright. It does Carplay but obviously I don’t dare leave it in that. That said, when reversing the back up screen cuts in and works as expected. So that’s nice.Yes, I did check the wiring. Four times. And actually I started only with the ACC/B+ and GND before wiring in the speakers. Then at the end I connected the backup cam and a couple others but always to the same effect. So… just so you know, it’s not expensive but don’t expect it to be great.Maybe I’ll send it back but we will see.

Adequate to add backup camera to my car, cheaply built and not reliable on the road.
I got this unit almost 3 years ago, so my review is based on a good amount of experience. I found this unit when I was looking for an inexpensive way to add a backup camera and screen to my car. For that purpose it is both inexpensive, and works well to show the view behind my car. But, in every other way, it demonstrates the adage that you get what you pay for. The wiring instructions were awkwardly worded, and while most of the installation went well, I had to work hard to figure out why I had no sound, and that turned out to be because the instructions were unclear on how to wire the remote amplifier turn on wire. This unit has, as one would expect, a power wire connected to constant power to maintain the clock, and station presets. Yet, the clock would drift off of correct time, and station presets would spontaneously disappear even while driving. This unit supports wired (not wireless) Android Auto and Apple Carplay. However, that connection is extremely flaky, often refusing to complete the connection unless I turn the car back off and on once or twice. Worse yet, this unit often spontaneously reboots itself while on the road (one common trigger is a bump in the road, but by no means the only trigger). It also often simply freezes, or gets stuck in a cycle of waiting for Carplay to finish connecting. I finally replaced this unit with a higher level brand (more expensive), and in hindsite I shouldn't have bought this unit to begin with.
